Marcia, born on _January 10, 1933 in Cincinnati, was the daughter of ________________ and Emma Pastor, the sister of Audrey Salzmann and the mother of David Weiland, Jeanie Weiland and Fred (“Freddie”) Weiland (named after his grandfather, Fred Weiland). She was very artistic and acted and directed in many plays. Although her undergraduate degree was in history, she received her Master in Fine Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati when she was 40 something years old. She taught acting and speech at the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University and acted at Playhouse in the Park. Tragically, in 1988, she suffered from a ruptured disk and become wheelchair bound. This did not in any way diminish her drive or enthusiasm for life. She died at age 70 on October 28, 2003 at her home.
Marcia loved the arts, even directing plays with her son Fred in them. She was a warm loving and giving person, devoted her family and friends.
